A mother’s fight through abuse, alienation, and injustice anchored by faith and love

Hi, I'm Kaylyn Hakanson

And I Want To Help You Have it all.

I’m a writer, trauma survivor, and someone who’s been through the fire and lived to tell the story. I wrote You Can’t Break Me to shine a light on the painful realities of narcissistic abuse, parental alienation, and the ways our family court system can fail the very people it’s meant to protect.

My mission is to help you heal, rise, and take back your voice. You’re not alone in this. If I can rebuild, so can you. Let’s do it—together.

Here’s How I Can Help You:

If you’ve ever felt silenced, dismissed, or shattered by emotional trauma, I want you to know: you’re not alone, and you don’t have to stay broken.

I wrote You Can’t Break Me for women like you—women who’ve been through narcissistic abuse, parental alienation, or betrayal by a system that was supposed to protect them. I know how lonely that road can feel. My story isn’t sugar-coated, and that’s exactly why it resonates—it’s real, raw, and honest.

Whether you’ve walked through similar pain or you’re simply someone who values empathy, justice, and emotional truth, my work is here to validate your experience, give you hope, and help you find your voice again.

I don’t just share my story—I give you tools to work through yours. My 30-Day Healing Journal was designed to walk with you through the hard days, help you reflect, and rebuild your emotional strength from the inside out.

Through my writing, publishing work, and upcoming trauma-informed coaching certification, I’m building a space where survivors can feel seen, supported, and empowered to turn pain into purpose.

If you’re ready to heal, advocate, and rise—you’ve found the right place. Let’s walk this journey together.
